JOB PURPOSE
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of medium to large-scale projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Manage project governance, reporting, documentation, and communication plans.
- Drive accountability across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, management, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues proactively with clear mitigation and recovery plans.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate activities across technical, operations, presales, finance, procurement, and support teams.
- Lead project workshops, planning sessions, and operational reviews.
- Mentor junior project managers and coordinators when required.
- Ensure team alignment and operational efficiency throughout project execution.
Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, resource utilization, and cost control.
- Track project invoicing milestones and support collection coordination when needed.
- Identify scope changes and manage change requests commercially and operationally.
- Ensure proper documentation for contractual deliverables and project closures.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational constraints.
- Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and customer standards.
- Maintain high standards of project quality, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to improving project management frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
- Support PMO initiatives and organizational process improvements.
- Assist management in strategic planning and resource forecasting.
