• Act as a bridge between the Technical team and the Enterprise customers.
• Monitor the Internal Task Management System and meet the deadlines.
• Monitor Customer Support System and ensure that the communication standard and expectations are met.
• Create Project plans, Implementation Reports in coordination with the System Engineers.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Organize Customer Visits as required.
• Customer satisfaction Surveys and visits.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of Cloud Computing and Networking concepts.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols.
• Very good Team Player.
• Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator / Technical Support will be a plus.
• ITIL certification will be a plus.
